When will the buyer receive their order?
It usually takes our facility seven business days to produce and ship merchandise after a purchase has been made. There is a standard shipping/transit time (7-10 days depending on the country and the shipping method customers choose at checkout.)
Can you tell me how much the shipping costs?
Depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase, you will be charged a different shipping cost. Information about tracking & other important details
As soon as you receive your shipping email, you will be given a tracking code that you can use to track your package online from anywhere at any time in the world. Upon receiving your order, it will be delivered to the address of your choice. The post office nearest to you should be able to assist you if you do not receive your order despite the tracking code indicating that it is ‘delivered’. If you have received the wrong size as a result of an issue with the size, you can contact us by sending an email to our customer support email. You will receive another product in the right size free of charge once we receive three images of the sizes (chest size, length, and sleeves) from you.
